Out Of The Loop For a While


Well it’s been a really good ride. But unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control will keep me from posting for a few weeks. My search for a part-time job has been unfruitful since leaving Dell. Never mind the fact that I am going to school to help those that are extremely sick and trying to keep a roof over my family’s head. The economy of western Pasco county has just not been fruitful for us. So, our electricity to the house will be turned off until somewhere around the beginning of Nov. I should be able to check in from time to time while I am on campus.

The hard times for me and my family will be to try and cook our meals on a borrowed BBQ grill. I am trying to put myself in the mindset of surviving a hurricane. We do have experience in this regard since we survived the Hurricanes Charlie and Frances without power for 2 weeks.

In the meantime, I am praying that all of you do well and keep our small family of six in your hearts.

I went on a little scavenger hunt for anything and anything I could find about this fear-mongering bastard Obama. The above video shows him in detail screaming down a little old lady who didn’t have the same view as he did about the butt-nards that brung down our beautiful World Trade Center.

The CRA was passed into law by the 95th United States Congress in 1977 as a result of national grassroots pressure for affordable housing, and despite considerable opposition from the mainstream banking community.[1] Only one banker, Ron Grzywinski from ShoreBank in Chicago, testified in favor of the act.[2] The CRA mandates that each banking institution be evaluated to determine if it has met the credit needs of its entire community. That record is taken into account when the federal government considers an institution’s application for deposit facilities, including mergers and acquisitions. The CRA is enforced by the financial regulators (FDIC, OCC, OTS, and FRB).

The bill encouraged the Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae, to enable mortgage companies, savings and loans, commercial banks, credit unions, and state and local housing finance agencies to lend to home buyers. It also encouraged the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, commonly known as Freddie Mac, to buy mortgages on the secondary market and sell them as mortgage-backed securities on the open market.[3] Due to massive financial losses, on September 7, 2008 the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) put Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac under the conservatorship of the FHFA.[4]

Fred just got hired as a consultant for a financial services company. This new position is different from the previous job since this will require a lot of traveling. There will be a lot of changes, and getting organized is the best thing to do before doing anything.

The first that needs to be done is to organize the office. Some things are needed more frequently on the desk while others need only to be used once in a while. The person can organize this by frequency.

The table can have the computer with the telephone nearby to receive calls.
